Dignity Health is the fifth largest health system in the nation and the largest hospital provider in California. Dignity Health’s Bay Area Service Region, which includes St. Mary’s Medical Center (San Francisco), Saint Francis Memorial Hospital (San Francisco), Sequoia Hospital (Redwood City) and Dominican Hospital (Santa Cruz), needed an agency partner to manage high-volume design and production of marketing assets across its four hospitals, as well as to provide strategic communications counsel and support for engaging with patients, employees and local communities.
For more than a decade, we served as an extension of Dignity Health’s marketing and communications team, providing full-service creative development, design, brand management and asset production of print and digital marketing tools for all Bay Area hospitals. This included designing ad campaign creative, brochures and custom materials for service lines and departments, environmental and exterior signage, social media graphics and digital banners, and presentations for internal and external audiences. For external-focused initiatives, we designed creative local campaigns that engage with the San Francisco, Santa Cruz and Redwood City communities.
In addition to delivering marketing and design services, we provided communications counsel and support to the Dignity Health team. Examples of past engagements include media training for executive leadership, messaging and copywriting for external communications, and 24/7 on-call-support during COVID-19.
